In which the batteries are dead
My name is Kalina, and I am 6 years old. I live with my mommy and daddy. We are different from each other. Mommy has long black hair and green eyes, and she and daddy wear glasses, and I wish I were glasses, too. Daddy has long brown hair and green eyes. I have brown hair and blue eyes, and I am small and skinny.
One night in June, I was using my leap pad, and my batteries went dead.
"This is why we don't have any more batteries tonight! " said my mom. All I wanted to do was cry. But I didn't. I was just sad.
