The problem is your device has very low memory (RAM) or the device doesn't have much storage space left. However, I got it to load on the Nintendo Wii internet channel powered by opera.

What device were you using that it didn't load on?

Try the backup link on the device it didn't load on.

I cleared my browser cache and it worked fine. Nothing to do with RAM &  Storage space.
