Update and new app release times.

Hi Kidzsearch. Can you tell me when you are going to release a Kidzsearch desktop app and the update for Kidzsearch Mobile that we've talked about?

 

I am now signed in to Kidztalk.

The app is delayed, but will be out in the next few weeks. The desktop app will follow after it.

The mobile app is basically just the same as the website so there is no point in installing it. Is the desktop app going to have some different features?

What does it mean when it says anonymous as the person who posts something or is it just a not signed in user?

For users like yourself, it is similar. However, schools and parents have more controls with the mobile app, like enhanced website filtering, and controlling what sites are allowed or blocked beyond what we provide. A lot of users find the app to be convenient, since it loads faster than having to bring up a browser and then going to KidzSearch.
