Most of the time I do favors for people , and when I don't I get really guilty.

How do I learn to say No ,but still be nice at the same time?

For example, if you are too busy you could say for example "Sorry, but I have things I have to do, I would do it if I could!"

If you aren't feeling like doing anything you could say.. "I'm sorry but I don't really feel like doing much the the moment.
