Hi there! I saw your question! AnD I hAvE aN aNsWeR!

First and foremost, you don't need a girlfriend or boyfriend (should you choose one) yet! I know that sounds so hypocritical, but hear me out first. When I was 10, I remember all of my classmates were having first kisses, getting boyfriends, getting "cheated" on, or "cheating".Actually, I find it rather absurd that in our pre-adolescence we tend to spend so much time looking for a boyfriend or a girlfriend, solely to conform to the tastes of our peers and "peer pressure".I think that you would wait until you are much older and is willing and ready to find a partner that you actually love/like instead of just picking up a random gf or bf online.

you do not need a gf, you're 10. like what- 

and nobody really needs a girlfriend. you just want one. i’m only 14 & when i was your age i didn’t even want to think about being in a relationship, so wait a couple years at least. 

plus the relationships you have at this age probably won’t last, and when you do start dating you need to be thinking long-term, not just "oh i'm gonna sit next to some girl at lunch, and now she’s my girlfriend but i’ll probably have a new one in a week or two” like bro- just be patient. don’t go looking for a gf, once you become friends with a girl then you can start thinking about being with her. you don’t want a girlfriend that’s just a gf, you want a girlfriend that’s actually a friend as well.  

If you do decide to ask for a girlfriend (and beg for one, really, which is what you’re doing), doing it online isn’t a really good idea because a lot of people could be pretending to be someone your age but are actually adults that want to harm you and/or leak your info online & stuff, so be careful with that 

ALSO this website isn’t really great for online dating & stuff because 1) you can’t talk to each other in real time and 2) you’d have to make a kidznet account in order to private message each other (which is still not in real time) and you have to get parental approval in order to put personal info on here, including usernames to other websites that could hold personal information.
