you gotta talk to people bro!! find out who has the same interests as you & find out who would help you be a better person or just find people as weird as you are
i have friends (ik, surprising :o) and what we do mainly is be weird & have a ton of inside jokes (as well as call each other at midnight & spam each other with memes)
but you cant make friends if you don’t talk to people my dude!!
