kidzsearch why is youtube allowed

in Ask KidzSearch Staff by
kidzsearch i noticed we can go on youtube by clicking on the name of kidztube videos. then we can watch youtube videos that aren't on kidztube. why is youtube allowed? shouldn’t it be blocked like google?

Are you using the app or web version of KidzSearch?

I'm using the app. I can go on a kidztube video, tap on its name, and it'll take me to youtube website

It’s probably the app, since it doesn’t work on the web version.

We have a new version of the app out soon that will allow more controls to block specific sites we normally allow. With YouTube, the KidzSearch app does filter the content and will block videos that are not appropriate.
