fear is something that has possess me for a long time and i find it hard to overcome it.All my efforts to overcome it was in vain. Sometimes I get mad at myself.If there is someone there who can help me with this.please help! I'm sick and tired being like this.

Second what are you afraid of? ( this will help me give advice) if there are too many to list just list the ones you are having most problems with
