For some reason, I’m sleepy after doing a lot of walking, so oftentimes I sleep in the car after doing a lot of walking around. I slept in the car yesterday.

Otherwise, I don’t take naps. I like being awake and getting enough sleep.

No, I usually take naps whenever my brain produces and overload of melatonin and I lose the will to fight against it.
