So when I was seven I was diagnosed with anxiety, and also diagnosed with abdominal migraines, which is a stomach ache all in your head from anxiety, maybe you have that?
Anyways, usually putting pressure on my stomach helped. And taking a lot of deep breaths.
I can’t say for sure anymore because I rarely get them. I would just use regular calm down strategies to feel better. Oh, and distracting myself always helped too! Watching tv, reading a good book, that all helped.
