I really just want to know bc there is this one boy at school who keeps "flirting" w/ me. It's really uncomfortable he always says really weird uncomfortable things. And tbh he is a huge pervert. He is really suggestive and It is really creepy. Also his friend just told me that I could get a boyfriend (I don't want one) I could just dress more revealing (That was a girl). Also he always kicks my chair and annoys me so I can't pay attention. I just want some advice is this harassing? (KT pls let me post)
