Can I be C or I?

I’ve got short brown-black hair up to my shoulder blades and glasses which are NOT  as round as Harry potters but still round and they are brown.   and I’m kinda small for my age about 145 cm. Brown eyes and colourful clothes, preferably oversized and cargo trousers. Colourful beaded necklaces and bracelets are my style and I have small gold studded earrings. My skin colour is light light brown, like a beige colour. Converse style high tops would be good too!
