My friend betrayed me

Hey, I am dice (not real name) so I told my friend and about my crush (you know where this goes) and he told her. She really hasn’t really discussed the topic with me yet. And I was waiting to see what would happen. Well one day I was feeling sick at school and I went to the nurse. As I went back to pick up my stuff my crush told me to feel better. And She was the only one to tell me this. So does she like me or not?

(Also I am moving from that school at the end of the school year)

Yeah. The first person who I told my crush to (other than you guys) is my crush himself.
