My sister is mad at me

OK, so basically my sister is pregnant OK and she told me not to tell mom but you know me and the type to tell mom so one day I went off to mom about it and when she came home, my mom‘s like my mom she was screaming at her and she got mad at me and basically now we’re having a distance. Do you know what to do to get her back to like me, bringing her baby stuff

I'm curious because getting pregnant any age younger than 18(maybe 16 idk) is bad like really bad
