OH my. Gosh Reqgn!  That's a rude thing to say!! Maybe you don't need to be president of the Cullum at all, if you can't say anything nice. I expected for you to congratulate him, not say  I could do that. I hope you realize you said his rank was useless. Not only did you offend me, the person who made this, but probably him.
