Be smart and don't fall for this scam

Question

How I found out about it: I was in the car going home on a Saturday afternoon and clicked on a website. It led me to some 5th Billionth Search stuff. I read all about scams so I didn't fall for it. Way too good to be true.

Signs that you've encountered this scam:

1. It shows three mystery prizes

2. It says you've made the "5th billionth search" 

3. It says "This lasts for 15 minutes"

If you apply to all of these, you've got a SCAM. Exit the website if this happens.

I've seen that scam before.

Like "click on this prize and win ...because you are our 100th customer" thing.

I've had several of those. The actually creepy part is a part where it says "The last person in (where I live) won a (random prize, tablet, computer, gift card, something like that". I never have my location on, ever. I'm paranoid (as in, I have tape on my computer camera). Yet sites still know my location, including Google for some reason which knows my address without me putting it in. For some reason, my school's website blocker requires location (why does a website blocker need location?) 

Anyway, if anyone has never had the scam pop up on their screen, this is what it looks like (I just googled the spam and this was under images, this is not my location)

I've had this happen, also saw one where it was like, 98 billionth search!! Btw the 5th billion search scam made a beep i think...

This happened to me when I was 9, I got pretty scared and deleted the Google app.
