A way to overcome this might be to think about why these things embarrasse you. If you start to understand why something might not be worth getting embarrassed over, you might not get embarrassed over it anymore.
Another thing you can do is look at if it would be embarrassing for someone else. If this were to happen to someone else, would you be embarrassed for them? If not, then why should you be embarrassed for it?
Another thing you can do is talk to a close friend that is a good listener. Have a conversation about it with them and after talking about it with a friend, you might feel a little better.
If none of this works for you, then keep trying to find a way to come up with a solution.
