Idk how to fix something like that- I don't even have the foggiest idea :(
Not reccomended, but slamming it on something might work! (Lol my TV is an old wood one and has one channel I can get with the attenaes/ ears XD. It don't work, slap it!!)
Try calling customer support. You can google it or look on the packaging or the kit. If you call support, they might be able to tell you how to fix it, give you a refund, send replacement parts, or replace it all together. Calling is probably the only way to go, really.
But that thing looks so cool! What does it do??
