We are all part of the problem

We are all causing this suffering
How dare you?
We are all causing these deaths.
How dare you?
We are all choosing to turn the other cheek instead of choosing to change history
How dare you?
You say deforestation is for the better- financial gain, more homes.
But what you choose to ignore is the millions of vacant homes, and the billions of dollars belonging to those people who, instead of preventing the demise of our home, of millions of people dying as a result of our careless emissions choose to fly off into space, ignoring the death and misery on earth.
How dare you?
We are causing this crisis.
How dare you?
And we need to stop before our actions become irreversible.
What will it take for you to take notice of this crisis?
What will it take for you to save these lives?
What will it take to prevent total environmental destruction?
What will it take to change the course of the earth?
What will it take to change the world?
What will it take for you to listen to us, the youth? We are not responsible for the planet. Us children are becoming responsible for the future of our planet, of our home, because of our ignorance towards science. Because of our carelessness, we are in the midst of environmental destruction, yet you continue to deny that anything is happening. You continue to deny the facts because you know more than the scientists, and global warming is a hoax, invented by the Russians so they can continue to emit chemicals while we suffer.
But you cannot stop us from proving you wrong. You can not stop us from continuing to fight for the earth, for the countless living beings killed by wildfires, forced from their natural habitat, for the people killed in these fires.
Because we will persist.
