I think I made a mistake

So my Mom and my sisters went on a hike with a some friends of ours well I said I didn't want to go well know I feel bad bc theres this little 4 yr old who loves hanging out with me and I feel like am letting him down all bc of some more Tiktok time. How do I make it right?
