Im scared about getting my period. I have a couple of questions

1) how do you know if your getting your period?

2) How often do you need to change them?

3) Can you still play sports like football or gymnastics?

I'm not using my acount because im embarrassed.

Your breast might get sore and achy

You def get moody and cry/yell/laugh at random times

Depends on your flow some girls change ever time they go to the bathroom but if your going through

5 or 6 pads a day you might want to change them less

Tampons might be an option but you will want to get help they could be tricky and you don't want to hurt  your self

Depends on the flow, if it's light not often, but if it's heavy every couple of hours.

I think so, but you might want wear a Tampon.(Change those often less than Seven hours)
