When it is going over 100 beats per minute for adults you will get something that is called Arrhythmia or if it's going at 60 beats per minute you achieve something called Tachycardia and if it's going slower than that you will get Bradycardia. You may be lightheaded, pass out, can't breath because your heart beat is so fast, get chest pain. This can cause heart disease, strokes and can result in Cardiac Deaths. Most forms of Arrhythmia, Tachycardia, or Bradycardia can be treated.
