I believe all people should be in some sort of fitness program whether it is a dance class, baseball camp, yoga class, and even competitive sports such as gymnastics, cheerleading, or any other type of fitness. I am a intermediate leveled figure skater from atlanta, Georgia. I really believe one week of fitness could change your life.
