What do you curl?

How much do you curl? I do reps with 16 lbs. I dk what my max is, but i know I can curl 20. What do you rep and what is your max weight?

It means using a dumbbell and well... Curling it. Idrk how else to explain it. It mainly works our biceps and tricepe
