volleyball or soccer

Question

I go to a high school where volleyball and soccer are in the same season. I am equally good at both, but my parents want me to play soccer. I feel like the soccer team isn't the nicest, but I also haven't met the volleyball team. My parents are extremely opinionated on this topic, but i don't know how to choose; if i choose volleyball how do i tell them? Thank you!

Hi! Wow, this is a hard decision!! 

I would start by deciding which sport you simply like better, regardless of your skill or teammates. That should give you a place to start!!

Try and go to a volleyball team meeting, tryouts, or try and visit with some of the teammates outside of the practice to get to know the team better!! 

This is a really hard descicion, and you're the only one who can really make it. Just be honest with your parents if you decide to play volleyball.
