You are different, but it usually seems to take "odd people" to later on become great people who change the world for the better. There are hundreds of examples ranging from famous artists to scientists who had horrible lives growing up only to use this as strength when they got older.
Just ignore everyone and focus on your true friends. One good best friend is worth a dozen acquaintances. See a doctor about your skin problem, since it can be easily treated. They can probably also give you advice on how to prevent it.
