Whenever I log into my account and look at my notifications and click on one it won't open the page it says it's not working! What's wrong?

They open in a new window now, so maybe that is the issue? What type of device are you using? What is the specific error message?

I'm on a PC I shut down my PC now it's working but I don't know if it will keep working.

It sounds like you had too many open windows and not enough memory.
