It depends on your age. If you're in elementary or middle school then no, don't. Because I am a kid, and lots of these people are, but if you are in like the fourth/fifth grade or higher don't "ask them out" because it's not really dating. I mean, where are ya gunna go? I wish kids today would wake up and think about that sometime. Maybe then we would be less braindead.

And don't get me wrong, it's okay to have feelings for somebody because we don't necessarily ask for it; it just happens. But just be honest with yourself and what you're comfortable with doing. :D
