Does Anyone else have phonophobia? It is the fear of loud sounds. Like not just startled but really afraid of fireworks and thunder. If you think you do please answer because I do and I feel really alone.

i think i do too, but if it's music I'm usually fine?? idk i'm terrified of thunderstorms bc of trauma from tornadoes lol

i do. super loud noises make me feel super anxious and makes me feel like i want to run and hide.
