Are they rare?

I recently got Pokémon cards for Christmas and these are the ones I suspect are rare:

-Pidgeot V

-Hisuian Goodra V

-Hisuian Zoroark Vstar

-(they are all shiny)

Are they rare? Tell me in comments plz

They’re all shiny? They are definitely rare.
