Good Names For These Characters?

For my new story, The Red Woman!

Character A~ kind, compassionate girl whose mother is obessed with everything red. I think the girl's name should be Scarletta Roxanne Russet.

Character B~ mother of Character A; is slightly annoying and somewhat evil.

Character C~ father of Character A and husband of Character B; is kinder and less obsessed with red

Character D~ slightly deranged friend of Character A; is a little senile and is a lot like Luna Lovegood [is a girl]

Credits for this name: Rae is credited for Scarletta's middle name [I just respelled "Rosie" because I think its too "girly" and changed it to Rosy], FrizzyFriday is credited for the last name.

Character B will be Andromeda Quinn Smythe~Enthe

Credits for this name: AbsoluteOwl is credited for her first name. FrizzyFriday is credited for the middle name and the last name.

Mauditia Millicent Smythe-Enthe= for character A

And

Nashmai Quinn Smythe-Enthe= for character B

I put the -Enthe on the end because I thought that maybe the mum could've divorced with her husband and married another guy who's last name is Enthe (Henry MacMillyin Enthe maybe?) But they both wanted their last name so instead they put their last names together.
