If she’s making you uncomfortable I’d just ask her to stop staring or something. If she confronts you about the crush just kindly tell her your not into her, or girls, and apologize. Boom, she’s done with you and onto another crush

Best thing to do would be to just straight up tell her. You can also ask a friend to tell her if you don't feel comfortable doing that
