Is it ok to be stressed out?

I have these boys who will not be quiet even when someone is saying "quiet!" I'm a smart person, but these boys want to make me kick them hard. Are there any tactics I can do without screaming at them? Please respond ASAP.

Scream into a pillow

 punch something soft ( stuffed animals, pillows mattresses etcetera)

Use a fidget

Stress ball.

Also you could talk to a therapist because they would probably be more helpful than a kid you probably don't even know.

Talk it over with a nearby TRUSTED adult

Also, It's fine to be stressed

Report ‘em to the principal, and tell the principal about your problem.

Also, once in a while, it’s fine to be stressed. But if it’s every day, talk to a counselor.
