I’m stressed because Junior (my dog) got into the duck pen because he really wanted to see me. And then D (my little brother) started freaking out because he gets really scared when junior gets in to the duck pen.   

(The ducks were fine junior just wanted to play)

after We got pup out of the pen I accidentally dropped the leash that I had stormy on (stormy is my cat) she ran like mad because she thought that the leash was chasing her. I had shouted for D to go get mom and dad just in case.

I grabbed the leash and her collar came off from the speed she was running. But like a good kitty she calmed down and I called her and she came back.

But D had been running and screaming like she got run over I don’t blame him, we both were already stressed about the dog.

But everything is fine now I’m just stressed, and my head hurts does anyone have any suggestions to make me less stressed?

Some things I feel help me with my stress:

-Meditation

-Herbal teas

-A nap sometimes

-Time alone to think

Listen to your favorite upbeat, pop music (if you like pop) maybe Kpop, or Bob Marley :D
