I'm a bit confused. What's the point in this post? You want to talk to my mom, who is now a legitimate PHN. She already got her Master's in Dietetics from OSU, and wants a PH.D.

Knew these, but, sadly, I eat my dad's hamburgers almost twice a week, but they are low in carbs angel

Its ok Gem Heart if you  eat  burgers twice a week only if they low carbs :-)
