Given the circumstances, maybe. The US, Germany, the UK, Poland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, France, the Netherlands, Spain, and Portugal all have promised to send tanks to Ukraine to help Ukraine fight against Russia.
Obviously, Russia is a 2nd World country and every country sending tanks (except Poland?) is a 1st World country. Russia doesn't want Ukraine to win the ongoing war, so the 1st World countries have to send the tanks in secretly. If Russia finds out that we're sending Ukraine tanks, there might be a 3rd World War.
