That's because every parent has a different perspective of what sites are kid-friendly and what sites aren't.
Obviously, KidzSearch itself is kid-friendly, but some parents don't like KidzTalk and KidzNet specifically, because kids can freely chat with strangers.
Parents themselves aren't punished because they're older, and hence, can look at more inappropriate content. They can't chat on illegal sites though (think the Dark Web).
