Help Me Convince My Mom!!!

Hi guys, my name is Zara and I need help. So it was my 11th birthday and I asked my mom if I could get procreate on my iPad and it only cost 15 dollars. I needed it cause I was into art, but she said no. Plz help me change her mind!!!

First of all make a list of reasons why you want it then ask your mom why she doesn't want you to get it if that doesn't work then try to save up some money or get another app for art.
