First, you look at the grey bar.
Click on this 
Then when it's open, click on this Now, You'll click this!
Then, see this.
You'll pick Select file.
Click on it, and you'll see all you're files.
If you click on the file you want to post and it turns blue, that means you chose it. Then, press open.
After you press open, you'll see the file you chose is right next to the "choose file" button. Press send it to the server.
Sometimes, it'll say this. So make sure to pick the right file for this.
After you've picked the right picture, it should look like this. You'll see your picture in the side where it says pre-view.
Now all you have to do is press done and look at your wonderful picture! It should look like this below:
