I have a mental disability and my parents have anger issues so that eventually did lead to a lot of trauma for me because they didn't understand what was going on. I don't want to go into details too much but it caused me a lot of emotional pain when they would get mad and yell mean things to me and it would hurt me. And there's this one thing that happened a while ago that I keep getting flashbacks of, and it's really hard :(
But just know you're not the only one and everyone goes through different things in different ways
