Why do we have to wait for so long to get our questions on KT and/or posts on KN to be approved?

KidzSearch approves the posts manually. Also, the staff approve them in batches.

There are a lot of spammers and creeps who visit sites like this, which means that it requires constant moderation. KS just dosen't have enough moderator staff to allow real-time chatting, and rushing the approval process could lead to bad things getting through moderation.
