help me please!!! Someone has been stalking me since December 10 and won't leave me alone this person is even looking through my window when I'm getting dressed so please someone give me some type of advice that will help get through this (calling 911 is not a option because I already tried it and he got away)

Call the police discreetly in another room and tell them whats happening try and give them the most information you can and describe him if he gets away
