A person is following me and acting like a freak and a creep (What I mean by that is he is doing stuff to me if you know what I mean) I really need some type of advice to help me get rid of this man (calling 911 is not a option)

GIRL WHAT!? WHY WOULDN'T CALLING 911 BE YOUR OPTION?? 'Cause if you can post about it on here, why can't you make a phone call...??
