Ppl told me that nobi's pronouns r she/her but nobi made a post a long time ago and said that they (for now im saying they) have he/him pronouns. NOBI PLS SET MY STRAIGHT

When did Nobi mention he/him pronouns? She uses she/her pronouns. She's a cis female. Nobi has always used she/her, so either you have her confused with someone else or there's another imposter.

I've always said she/her. I've always mentioned that I am a cisgender female whenever I introduce myself to new users. I'm pretty sure you have me confused with someone else 

But, now you know, I use she/her pronouns

Nobi has she/her pronouns. I don’t remember her saying that she has he/him pronouns.
