PLZ comment some advice or anything to make me feel better

I feel very sad and angry

basically my mom said If I get a panic attack or anmy problems at school she will cancel the trip to Nordicfest (Scandinavian festival in Minnesota) next year

Im littearly crying. I have cried 4 times today and saw the school conselour 7 times today. There wasnt a day were I didnt cry. I also feel ultra anxious because my school banned Scandinavian folk music, which is my main and only coping mechanism

I already hate myself, my youtube channel is dying, nobody wants to talk to me and now this. I really feel hard and who knows maybe Ill quit liking Nordic stuff'

I know these may not help but you could

1. scribble then color it in.

2. Sketch things you like when stressed

3. Imagine you're listening to your music(if needed quietly sing/hum the songs)

4. Just ask your teacher if you could ask the principal to unblock the music.

5. Get your mom to get you the tickets to the festival so u have to go.
 

6. *only works if you have a phone* Just make a spotify playlist with the music u like and when stressed ask your teacher if you could listen to it for a little when u need it  ( use your phone ( if u have one) bc Spotify is probably blocked on your school computer (if you don't have premium there will be ads)

ALSO, DON'T QUIT LIKING NORDIC STUFF.( sorry bout the all caps I just needed to make that stand out)

Yeah that sucks, but don’t stop liking Nordic stuff!! If u like it then like it! No one controls u to not like it! Btw if it makes u feel better I’ll subscribe ur channel, what’s the name?

ur mom is basically saying "Dnt do smthg that u can't control" U CANT CONTROL PANIC ATTACKS THEY JUST HAPPEN ANYWHERE AT ANYTIME I feel soooooo bad! I struggle with anxiety and I feel like I can't come out to my parents so I guess I can relate on way or another?

Take a deep breath and calm down

Panicing is not going to help you situation

Try doing multiplication tables to calm yourself down and get your mind off of it or do a breathing excercise

Your mom is extreme. Like, really extreme.

Also, I would go to your school and demand they unblock Scandinavian folk music right now. And if they don’t, I will do it.
