Question

It is my 1st day of 7th grade. I am in the Autism spectrum as well as I have extremely low self esteem, anger issues and social anxiety. I cope with this with Scandinavian folk music (prefferly Garmarna, Kalandra, Triakel, Wardruna, Arve Moen, Helene Boksle and the list expands) However today my school blocked EVERYTHING off this music gerne

Scandinavian folk is not inapropiate (or in very tame situations) and this makes me lowkey angry. not only theyre not letting me have this accomidation, but what about the scandinavian kids who like this music???

so plz give me advice.

oh and btw, if youre gonna be like "Listen to the unblocked music" I will not. All they have unblocked is tiktok songs. This is lowkey making me super big levels of anger

Umm tell your parens and they can tell your district to umblock it for you.

Also, when you get angry can't you just ask for a break (if you're allowed breaks)(I now not all are I know some people are. )
