I ain’t trans, but whatever these (usually southern) states are doing is outright DUMB.
I’m in Washington State, so I don’t think there’s a lot of LGBT+ discrimination policies there, but still.
Also, to Dino: The trans rights in the US are getting a bit worse. BUT compared to most of the world, we actually have more trans rights. I know in Iran, being LGBT+ means death. Legal death.
Also, pretty much every country in Africa doesn’t recognize trans people or they never said anything about it. Namibia recognizes trans people but only after they go through surgery (making transgender people transsexual) and both Botswana and South Africa (the latter being the best LGBT+ country in Africa) recognize trans people without surgery. In fact, South Africa banned discrimination of trans people.
As for Europe, the further east you go, the less likely people accept you. Same with south. (Excluding Greece and possible Italy)
