So i was catching lizards and got 2 and went on ze porch and one got out (was on the porch with the door closed so he wasnt out out) so i put the other one down in my catcher and the other anole ran and he went the same place as the bebe gecko so i caught the gecko thinking it was him because the anole went under our tent case but i saw the coloration and realized it wasnt the original anole, and it dropped its tail out of stress. Its okay!!! Its a defense mechanism— they do that to distract birds and get away. Let him go and caught the og lizard!!! He is living a happy baby gecko life
