The Ninja Kids and Cowboy kids sat far away from each other on the playground. These second graders, they weren’t messing around. It was a war. 5 members on each side, ready to explode.
The Ninjas were partly trained combat experts. They all had yellow belts in karate with the exception of the leader, who had a blue belt. The leader wore a white hoodie, with a white balaclava. He wore a black hachimaki. The others wore a black hoodie, with a white balaclava, and a white hachimaki with a big red dot on the front. Obviously, representing japan. They didn’t wear the hachimaki and balaclava while they were inside, since it wasn’t allowed. They were armed with plastic bladed samuri swords, which they only used during recess, where they still hid it, only to use it for emergencies.
The cowboy kids were no training combat beginners. They only learned good-old-fashioned fighting, no special techniques. All members wore buttoned up shirts, a big belt, and a hat, which once again, they only wore outside. Their armament, however, was superior. They all had, custom made, short rounded (rounds which the bottom and middle parts have been cut off, making it lighter, therefore faster, therefore more ouch.), six shooter, long barreled, nerf guns. They had the same weapon policy as the ninjas. The leader, during recess, would carry a concealed once again, custom, lever-action, short rounded, long barreled rifle. It was concealed in a wiffle ball bat bag. The rifle had cartridges for the shortened rounds to go in. It was not only for effect, but for more max ammo. It could store 8 rounds. It was way more powerful than the revolver due to a very small use of co2 cartridges to give the rounds a bit more oomph. It was deadly, only to be used if worse came to worse.
