2. Whats the maximum time after my workout that I should have my protein and carbs?

To answer this, how old are you? I know it's a weird question, but before I was in the hospital my older brother helped me answer these questions. The reason I'm asking for age is because it helps determine how much sleep you need at night and during the day. And it also depends on how much protein and carbs your eating to determine the length between your workout, if its under 20g of protein then you need to wait 2 hours.
